We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, and payment details when you create an account or subscribe. We also collect usage data automatically, including device fingerprint (for license activation), operating system, Premiere Pro version, feature usage statistics, and crash reports. We do not access, analyze, or store your video or audio content.

We use your information to: provide and maintain the YondCut service; process payments and manage subscriptions; enforce single-device license activation; send transactional emails (receipts, license keys, password resets); improve our software through anonymized usage analytics; and provide customer support when you contact us.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your full credit card number, CVV, or bank details on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data in compliance with PCI DSS Level 1 standards. You can review Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

Your data is stored on encrypted servers with industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. We implement access controls, regular security audits, and automated monitoring. While no system is 100% secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Our website uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use anonymized analytics (no personal identifiers) to understand how users interact with our site. We do not sell your data to advertisers or use third-party tracking pixels. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

We share limited data with trusted third parties: Stripe for payment processing, email service providers for transactional communications, and infrastructure providers for hosting. All third parties are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for the specified purpose.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records for tax purposes, which are kept for up to 7 years). Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

Your data may be processed in countries outside your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. For users in the EU/EEA, we comply with GDPR requirements for international data transfers.

YondCut is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child under 16 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has shared data with us, please contact us immediately.
