YouTube's chapter rules (and why your last description didn't work)
YouTube auto-renders chapters when your description contains a clean list of timestamps that meet four rules: the first chapter starts at 00:00, you have at least three chapters total, every chapter is at least 10 seconds long, and timestamps strictly increase. Break any of those and chapters silently fail to appear.
