Terms of Service

By accessing or using YondCut software, extensions, website, or any related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paid subscribers.

YondCut provides AI-powered video editing tools delivered as Adobe Premiere Pro extensions. Our services include silence detection and removal (Yond-Cut Silences), AI transcription (Yond-Whisper), and additional features as they become available. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe. Prices are displayed in your local currency where available. You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

YondCut grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for personal or commercial video editing. Each license is valid for one device at a time. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the software. Your license key is tied to your account and device fingerprint.

All content, code, designs, logos, and trademarks associated with YondCut are the exclusive property of YondCut and its licensors. You retain ownership of all content you create using our tools. We claim no rights over your edited videos, audio, or other creative output.

You agree not to: use the software for unlawful purposes; attempt to bypass license restrictions or device limits; share, resell, or redistribute your license key; use automated tools to abuse our API or servers; impersonate another user or entity; or upload malicious content through any YondCut service.

YondCut is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software, including but not limited to data loss, project corruption, or missed deadlines. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violation of these terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the software ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of YondCut after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
