Because the model runs on your machine, there are no per-minute fees, no upload limits, and your audio doesn't leave your computer.

3. Yond Captions

The newest feature: generate animated, styled subtitles directly onto your timeline. It transcribes your timeline audio, chunks the long lines into short, punchy on-screen phrases (the "viral subtitle" look that goes well on TikTok and Shorts), and instances a Motion Graphics Template (MOGRT) per line with Position & Size controls. You get a draggable in-app preview that mirrors your sequence aspect ratio, a Live Preview in Premiere itself, and a one-click Revert that removes every placed caption clip.

The cropped frame follows the speaker around when they move, so your interview cut doesn't end up with the host's ear in the center of a vertical TikTok.

What YondCut doesn't do

We try to be honest about scope. YondCut is not a color grading suite, a sound-design plugin, an AI generation tool, or a Premiere replacement. It does five things and tries to do them well. If you want auto color grading or AI b-roll generation, you'll need another plugin in your stack.

YondCut also requires Adobe Premiere Pro 2022 or later. We deliberately don't support DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut at the moment — supporting one host properly is much better than supporting three poorly.

Frequently asked questions

Does YondCut work offline? Mostly yes. The AI transcription, silence detection, profanity matching, and reframing all run locally. The only network calls are license validation and update checks — both lightweight.

Does YondCut send my video files anywhere? No. Audio is rendered into a temporary local WAV which Whisper processes on your machine. Nothing is uploaded.

What Premiere Pro version do I need? Premiere Pro 2022 (v22.0) or later. We test against the latest stable Premiere Pro 25.x.

Is YondCut a one-time purchase? Either: monthly subscription, or Lifetime one-time purchase. Both unlock every feature.
